Do one thing that scares you a little. Shaky hands count.
Brave doesn’t mean fearless. It means nervous and doing it anyway.
The challenge: An open mic, a solo dinner out, a first dance or climbing class, a karaoke solo. Pick one thing that makes you a little nervous and do it.
What counts: Something that genuinely scares you, done safely. Tell us how nervous you were from 1 to 10, before and after.
How it works: Do the challenge, post your proof and tag @thewhooptroop so the Troop can cheer you on, then grab your patch. The Whoop Troop runs on the honor code, so earn it, then wear it. Be brave, not reckless: follow local laws and skip anything that isn’t safe for you.
Thanks to its durable twill fabric, the patch is resilient to heat.
• 26% cotton, 74% polyester
• 3″ (7.6 cm) in diameter
• Attachment options: iron-on, sew-on, or safety pin
• Blank product sourced from China
